I've read this article and am not surprised at all. Companies really should discriminate on the age issues coz there are a lot of corporate learning solutions out there where the unemployed are willing to train.
Thanks for the comment EJ. Most older workers would love the opportunity to learn new skills and continue to be productive for a new organization.
